How do I arrange a bespoke consultation?
Visit our bespoke jewellery page to book an appointment or send an enquiry. You can also message Daniel on WhatsApp to discuss your ideas, budget and any important date.
Which metals and diamonds are available?
Options vary by design. Product pages show the available metals, diamond origin, total carat weight and other specifications. We offer natural and lab-grown diamond jewellery; Daniel can help you compare the options.
How long will my jewellery take?
Check the dispatch estimate on the individual product page. Dispatch is when your order leaves us; delivery time is additional unless stated otherwise. Bespoke timeframes depend on the design and stone selection and will be discussed with you. Contact Daniel before ordering if you need a piece for a particular date.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
International delivery is available to the destinations offered at checkout. Charges and services are shown before payment. Please read our shipping policy for details, including customs duties and local taxes.
Can I redesign an existing piece?
Speak to Daniel about the jewellery or stones you would like to reuse. We can discuss the design possibilities and assess what is suitable before agreeing the work.
Can I return my jewellery?
For eligible non-personalised jewellery, our 30-day returns promise lets you tell us you wish to return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Send it back within 14 days of telling us. Personalised and genuinely bespoke items have different change-of-mind terms, which we explain before ordering. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Read the full returns policy.
How can I pay?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and include major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay where available. Any instalment options and their terms are displayed separately.
How is payment handled?
Payment is processed through the secure Shopify checkout and the payment provider you choose. Please contact Daniel if you have a question before placing your order.
Can you help with jewellery care?
Keep pieces separately stored and clean them gently with a soft cloth. Avoid household chemicals and abrasive surfaces. For cleaning, maintenance or a repair, contact Daniel to discuss the piece and the available service.
Will my diamond have a grading report?
Certification and grading information depend on the item. Check the product description or ask Daniel about the particular diamond before ordering. Diamonds selected through our engagement ring builder are independently graded by GIA or IGI.
