I have been awaiting communication regarding a refund for a good few weeks now. My emails, instagram message and direct message on the site have not been replied to. I purchased a bracelet for my newborn nephew but the engagement was crooked. I couldn’t gift that. Also, it was facing the wrong way in relation to the heart in the claddah. I was willing to exchange it like for like but I had to find something locally since it was too close to Christmas.
I posted my item back, as instructed and it was delivered. I am eligible for a refund according to the website but nobody is replying to me.
It’s a shame because the site has lovely pieces and it was a special item for me to purchase but communication and care is not high on the priority list, it seems.
